Cranberry Juice and Kidneys | Your Kidneys Your Health | @qasimbuttmd
Cranberry juice is good for your kidneys, but is that really true?
Well the basis for that stem from a little bit of truth.
You see cranberry juice for a long time has been considered good for preventing UTIs (urinary tract infections).
So the evidence of cranberry juice preventing UTIs is actually inconclusive, we don’t totally know.
Cranberries themselves are really good for you. They are packed with:
Vitamin E
Vitamin C
Vitamin K1
Manganese
Antioxidants (polyphenols)
Fiber
