John Vito - Cooking For Your Kidneys
Chef Vito is a restaurateur, former dialysis patient and now a kidney transplant recipient. He has an in depth understanding of food science and how it applies to the kidney diet. He has spoken for CRN’s in Western New York and Pittsburgh. He is the author of the book “Cooking for Your Kidneys.” He is also the recipient of a Kidney X Innovation Award.
