John Vito - Cooking For Your Kidneys
Chef John Vito was a restaurateur, former dialysis patient, and kidney transplant recipient. He had an in-depth understanding of food science and how it applies to the kidney diet. His book “Cooking for Your Kidneys” is a favorite for Dadvice TV and is full of extremely helpful and insightful information. He also was a recipient of a Kidney X Innovation Award. John passed away on July 7, 2021 at age 56.
